Mark's extensive commercial and managerial experience, spanning over 20 years, has seen him working in every area of media, particularly taking responsibility for management team building, project development and revenue generation. Mark has been instrumental in establishing the growth and strong ethical perspective of the company.
Adam's vast experience of the Digital Window systems has allowed him to draw on integrated technical and strategic expertise to improve operational efficiencies and manage resources across all divisions. He is the creator of the 'Darwin' concept and an advocate of the hybrid model in which technical and service expertise are regarded in equal measure.
Peter has over 15 years experience in developing and managing complex web applications, specialising in online marketing and web analytics. Peter also helped establish Think Business Services Ltd as a key player in the web analytics industry, before moving to Digital Window to drive forward the evolution of all technology solutions whilst implementing an agile process for product development.
Kevin Brown founded Affiliate Window in 2000 after 10 years experience in online marketing, managing several eCommerce travel sites. Kevin discovered the important role of affiliate marketing in online sales through his work with latestevents.com. Affiliate Window's software, which is now maintained and developed by a 25-strong team, was originally conceived by Kevin himself.
Andrew first worked in advertising for a variety of companies where self motivation was the key to success. This allowed him to gain the experience necessary to help a company thrive in a competitive environment. Moving to work in event organisation, Andy eventually co-founded a new events company with Kevin Brown. With the World Wide Web in its infancy, it was through the innovative online marketing of this new business that 'Digital Window' was born.
Stephen is a qualified accountant with 25 years experience as a Finance Director and Non-Executive Director within UK listed groups, venture capital backed MBOs and private companies. During that period he has successfully completed 20+ M&A deals and raised more than £50m of equity and debt finance.
Thomas Joosten has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of ZANOX.de AG since February 2013. Joosten is the founder and CEO of the Dutch affiliate marketing network, M4N, which zanox acquired in 2011 and merged with its own operations in this market. As Country Manager following the merger, Joosten successfully managed the combined entities, making zanox the leading performance marketing network in Netherlands and Belgium. Thomas’s entrepreneurial vision for the future success of zanox is to drive customer-focused innovation, thus helping both advertisers and publishers to cater for the rapidly-changing needs of consumers.
JStefanie Lüdecke has been a member of the executive board of the international zanox Group as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) since October 2012. In this role, she is responsible for the fields of Global Sales and Client Services at the leading European performance advertising network. During her professional career, Stefanie Lüdecke has gained comprehensive experience in online marketing and e-commerce. For example, prior to joining zanox, she was the Managing Director of TUI Interactive since October 2009, among others, spearheading the European e-commerce business of the travel concern's internet subsidiary. Before that, she was the Managing Director of Quality Channel, the marketing unit of the SPIEGEL Group.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Joachim Piroth is responsible for the fields of finance and controlling. In June 2010, Joachim Piroth switched to zanox as VP Finance & Controlling from his previous position with BT Germany, the German network and IT service provider of the British Telecommunications Group. At BT Germany, he had headed the department for controlling, accounting, procurement and billing since the beginning of 2006. A qualified communications engineer, he has been active in the telecommunications industry since 1992. Having previously held posts at Mannesmann Mobilfunk/D2 (now Vodafone D2) and Mannesmann Arcor, he controlled the finances of LambdaNet AG in Germany as its CFO from 2000 until 2004 and headed the finance division of Versatel in the same position until 2006.
As Chief Technology Officer, Christian Rebernik is responsible for all technology-related matters at the leading performance advertising network in Germany and Europe. As CTO, he is also a member of the executive board of the international zanox Group. Born in Vienna, he previously worked as CTO and CIO of the European online partner agency, Parship, and as CTO for the Austrian real estate portal, Immobilien.net. Rebernik, a business information specialist, gained further management experience as the head of the software development division at Bwin.
